AGNIESZKA KUPIEC, MD, FAAD
Dr. Agnieszka Kupiec is a board certified dermatologist specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She is also a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
Dr. Kupiec graduated with honors from her dermatology residency at Georgetown University Hospital, where she served as the Chief Resident for two years.
Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Kupiec joined faculty of the Division of Dermatology at Georgetown University Hospital. During that time she served as Director of the Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology Program and laid the fundamental groundwork for Georgetown laser surgery practice. Dr. Kupiec was also instrumental in establishing the University’s photodynamic therapy which included both conventional and innovative applications.
Dr. Kupiec’s expertise lies in medical dermatology including skin cancer treatments, and dermatological procedures ranging from laser surgery to treatments using Botox and dermal fillers.
Based on her extensive clinical and research experience, Dr. Kupiec accepts referrals of complex patients from other dermatologists.
Dr. Kupiec is the author of numerous articles published in peer-reviewed journals and Medscape chapters on Rosacea. She has been featured in The Washingtonian’s Top Doctors of 2014, 2018 and 2020.
